I was seen at the Rio Rancho location. The X-ray I had done that showed a break in my scapula. The PA wanted me to get a CT scan. I was told that I would be called at a later time to have that completed. During that night and into the next day I began having extreme pain in my shoulder. I had been on a pain management plan for 15 years already for a fused back and fused wrist. I have been on a low dose of pain medication for those injuries and my body has become tolerant to that dose of meds. So because of this new injury with extreme pain and the low dose of medication I take normally it does nothing for the extreme pain of the break in my shoulder. I tried explaining that to Dr. McGee’s assistant named NICOLE who called me back. She had no interest in what I was trying to explain to her. I told her the Dr’s there had switched up my pain meds in the past but she was too lazy to ask Dr. McGee if he would do that. She was extremely RUDE, unhelpful and should NOT be in healthcare!
