Rude Staff
scheduling was easy and convenient, told to get there 15 minutes before. I arrived 20 minutes before, then was told my appointment was cancelled because I needed to get there 30 minutes prior. and the staff was so rude. no wonder they have 2.5 stars. Heidi was extremely unempathetic and rude. She does not belong in healthcare, go work someplace where your attitude will be tolerated.
