Took my son to the ER on Saturday my son broke his leg and ankle. Was referred to Presbyterian orthopedic. After 5 days! They said that because it was an ankle fracture they weren’t going to be able to help me, I told them this was day 5 my SON had been in pain and if they were not going to be able to help me then I should have been informed Monday. The girl hung up on me! Called back filed a grievance. Called again for a referral to Christus the girl who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful! Presbyterian needs to do better this was a child left in pain with a broken leg and ankle! Also if you are going to have people in customer service please make sure they treat your patients better! unless you like that your employees are disrespectful and rude and refuse to help people that go to your business! So sad that we were treated like this and I hope another child doesn’t have to go through what my son did!! And no parent has to see their child suffer for days!! What a dis
