If you value your life, don't go here.
You will spend days of your life on hold no matter which option you choose. If you go into the office, staff are rude and you're basically in the queue even if you have a question. The medical assistant to your doctor does not do their job. Been waiting over 2 months for them to do a pre-authorization for my procedure and it still hasn't been done. The vascular surgeon told me he was scared to do anything on me. That's not what you want to hear. They have messed with my life far too long, and put behind all of my other procedures I need done. The emotional distress you will deal with is ridiculous!

Since June 2020, this practice has continually showed its incompetence. I need to have a nephrostomy tube exchange every 3 months by interventional radiology. DVI handles the referrals for Urology Specialists of Nevada. Not one has been done correctly. That's 6 important procedures in 1-1/2 years. Horrible organization.
