Incompetent and Ineffective
The only good thing I have to say about this practice is that Dr. Owens is nice. Outside of that, this office is horrible! The staff is highly incompetent and ineffective. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life! My lab work was miscoded causing the services to apply towards my deductible in error and they refuse to correct their mistake. I've gone into the office and have spoken to someone about it multiple times with no resolve. I've even filed complaints with the Board of Orthopedic Medicine and the Better Business Bureau and they can't be bothered to respond to the complaint. They also had the audacity to try to bill me for a service from 2021 for which I received my very first invoice for in May 2023. It's been so long, I can't even appeal the claim if I wanted to! The general rule of thumb and a well ran office is that if a patient doesn't receive an invoice withing ONE year from the claim's processing date, the charge is written off. Beware!
