Office visits are fine everything else sucks
My actual visits to see a cardiologist was great. Efficient and friendly staff and Drs. The problem starts when you leave the office and need a referral to another group for a procedure. No one listens to you. They won't even give you your Drs. Phone number. You have to communicate through the My chart app. Except that you are assigned to a student and you cannot communicate with the actual cardiologist through the app. You cannot talk to the person handling the referral either so you are left to leave messages with other people to then be told no you cannot be referred where you requested to be referred to.The stress they are putting me under will probably contribute to my heart attack. There has to be a better group to deal with in Las Vegas
