Urology Specialists of Nevada

I originally started my visit with an MD. After the 1st visit I was shuffled off to NP's every six months I would get a different NP to review my medications. On my last visit I was reviewed by an NP who didn't like that my new PCP was running some similar tests. Instead of inquiring why or what the tests were for he proceeded to verbally disparage my PCP. When I asked him to return our focus on my visit and not on my PCP, he became indignant and discharge me. I get a certified letter from an MD, who I never saw, as my original MD had retired, that I am discharged. One email via patient portal and two phone calls later to the office manager, which have never returned. I have never seen where a Nurse Practitioner can verbally degrade a Medical Doctor. If he would have inquired, he would have found out we were working on different issues not related to my visit to him. I would not go back to then even if they asked and said he was no longer there.
