You are a file on a desktop, a poorly managed file, not a real person with immediate surgical needs. Made appointment for hernias. Pulled up outside and they corralled me into a numbered slot like a farm animal. Finally called me inside where the woman behind the desk said I couldn't see the doctor because they didn't have a credit card on file. Was that my fault? Finally saw the doc. Nice guy. Told me he would be in touch to schedule next steps for my Hiatal and umbilical hernias. Never heard from them again - that was over a month ago.
