Amsterdam Oral Surgery

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly i waited months in pain just to have the consultation which i know is normal, but i would assume that after the surgery everything would be fine and dandy but it was not. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed, I left to the pharmacy to pick up my Prescription, but i couldn’t even do that because i was allergic ti what he had sent. Whoch if the provider would have read my new patient paper work he would have seen. I take off my gauze and noticed there was still half of my wisdom tooth on the top right. Concerned I called the office to let them know, and the girl who answered the phone said that there was no way the doctor left anything in my mouth because she was in the room with him. After stating three times that there in fact was a tooth in my mouth she says fine then you can come in and we will do an x-ray to confirm. I come in get the xray done and there in fact is a huge piece of tooth that the “dr” did not take out. The rest doesn’t fit.
