very impressed
had severe pain that my dentist could not explain. he suggested seeing Dr Rem or Amrani. They were very accommodating in seeing me as quickly as possible due to my accute pain. after looking at the x-ray (which did not show anything!), Dr Amrani was able to diagnose the source of my pain and give me a clear explanation and process to treat. What a tremendous relief!

After making my appointment, they texted me and asked to have my DDS forward ‘digital X-rays, no copies’ and I done as instructed, so I found it odd when I went to my appointment, they prepared me for X-rays. I told them about the X-ray text. Candy looked in my file and said they needed to be ‘panoramic’ X-rays. I told and showed her my text they sent asking for X-rays and it roes not say ‘panoramic’. Candy looked at the text, didn’t acknowledge the error and repeated they needed panoramic X-ray. I told them another DDS had panoramic X-ray. They called the facility and say it’s closed and I needed to pay $150 for X-rays. I ask for who’s in charge (ROSA P) asked the receptionist about my situation, ignoring me so I asked her to address me. She does not introduce herself. Rather, she looks at me with disgust and, in a nasty tone about panoramic. After showing her the text with requirements, ROSA P stuck to her script ignoring my text. I was shown NO EMPATHY and says GOOD RIDDANCE to me!

George Schabes extracted my tooth despite my wish to stop the surgery. Rosa the manager has most inhumane approach, just like the doctor. George Schabes was mean & aggressive setting up the surgery. Oxygen mask they put on my nose blocked my left nostril, his reply was to breathe with the other one. He handled my arm angrily and roughly while trying to put IV. He forced the mouthpiece (to keep mouth open) into my mouth and this is when I tried to get off the chair telling them to stop the surgery and take IV out. I was forced back, mouthpiece forced back into my mouth and at this point I went into sleep. When I woke up nobody addressed the situation, doctor never came back, I was so upset I couldn’t calm down, I burst into tears but no concern. Rosa has been the most insensitive and cold manager dealing with this matter. Her conversation always focused on the payment while I wanted them to understand what I was put through. These are bullies in the suits. Please stay away.

I had such a nice experience at this clinic a few years ago and wanted to come back for a consultation about my jaw. I called to ask about price for a consultation and x ray and book when they would have available time. The front desk lady with the name Waja ( or something like that, I’m sorry I could not really understand how to spell it) was rude to me for asking if I could book, she asked what problem do I have and I said “ I think I have a misplaced jaw, I would like a doctor to see it, I also have and orthodont problem like overbite, but this visit is for my jaw problem”. I could hear how irritated she was and she started to ask if it’s a referral, if I know what doctor I want to see. I was upset! She started to explain that people book an appointment and complain about wait and etc, all of it was in extremely aggressive manner. After listening to all of it I said that she is being bias about me because of her previous experiences with other patients and I only ask for a consul
