TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My review is not about my Dr Michael Peters because he's absolutely amazing! Its about the terrible customer service. It should not take a week to get a response from calling on the phone for an appointment. They never answer the phone. Ive been in the office and saw them answer "please hold" and just sit there. Terrible !!!! The doctors are amazing! The ladies in the front terrible.
