Poor service. Made appt 1 pm. Got there was advised my appt was 12:45; i said no. Other recep said what did ur follow up call say. I said no follow up call was received. She said a phone # from 30 yrs ago. They continued to say we don’t call u we txt only. Not our fault we had wrong #. Well i would say if u want to change to txt all patients i would think u would make sure all info was up to date. Since i was 15 min late according to them, there were 3 new patients ahead of me so no room for me. So appts must be 5 min apart; waste of 1 hour of my day; prior to this appt i called refills for nose spray, eye drops. No response for 4 days. I call was told no refills allowed u have to come for annual appt before we can do that. I was past 1 yr visit by a week. Couldn’t get appt until 2 mos only for this bs and no visit. Don’t really care about the patient
