South Shore Medical Care

I have been a patient with this office for 20 plus years. I have referred them to numerous family and friends as a great doctor office. In the last 2 years they have dropped the ball. I have had numerous billing issues and had to speak with their biller. She is one of those people whom believe she can say anything to a person and they are just supposed to take it. She has no personal or customer service skills. Today was the last straw I had a video appointment and was told I have a copay when I am 100 percent sure that was not correct. So I called my insurance provider Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield to verify again. The representative validated that I do not pay copays for my primary doctor.
