I was given the EXACT wrong advice for my teenage daughter’s broken nose. A member of this office who saw my daughter in the ER said to follow up in two weeks. Nothing could be fixed until then. Then five days later, when the office called me, I was told I had to make her an appt immediately for the next day. Upon seeing the doctor the next day, he says that it has to be fixed BEFORE two weeks or the bones will be set. Wow! That sure does make a mom feel real comfortable….having her teenage daughter with an injury to the face, being taken care of by an office that isn’t on top of their patients, residents or being timely in the transfer of time sensitive information. After seeing another plastic surgeon, I received a much more comprehensive explanation of her injury and details that the other doctor neglected to include. I would never recommend anyone to this office!! It’s is very disturbing to me that things were not handled properly and I was given the total WRONG information!
