Nasty about asking questions and dismissive
I came in and he told me I needed an operation. As I tried to ask questions and needed some more details because I've never been operated on, he tried to dismiss my issues and told me he's been doing this a long time. Rude and made be not want to do it.

Don’t let those smiley faced photos fool you. This doctor has the heart of a rock. And don’t dare ask him any questions! He will be as rude and nasty as he can be. He will say “I told you three times” Well no you didn’t and you wouldn’t even listen to my concerns. Dr Shemen has no empathy whatsoever A totally uncaring doctor. I almost left his office in tears. He will give you no reassurance whatsoever. He will just walk out. Goodbye and good riddance!
