Shocking

I called to cancel my appointment and was told I was 40 minutes past the cancellation deadline and therefore owed them $70. As a retired physician I can assure you: I have never ever heard of a penalty for being 40 minutes ‘late’ canceling. Obviously, patients are not their first priority.
