Results Take Too Long
I did not visit this office. I believe this is the place that the labs are run when they are drawn in the doctors office. My husband had labs drawn in our doctors office. It has been over twenty four hours and there are still no results. I called customer service and the agent stated that one lab is not run by Sunrise so it will take three to five days to result. My husband gets this lab drawn monthly at a different lab and it comes back within hours NOT days. I was told by customer service that once ALL the labs are back then they will be sent to the doctor. I spoke with a supervisor who is sending the partial results to my doctor today. Be aware .... if you need results quickly, go elsewhere. We will NEVER use Sunrise again.

Billing
No visit. I send emails to find out if my payment FOR a bill is received and I get no response! Three emails and no one has the courtesy to respond. Incredibly rude!
