Great doctor, horrible staff

The scheduling ladies and billing lady are completely inept. The scheduling team will document wrong time on visits and them blame you for being late, despite witnesses also testifying they gave another time. Mailing team sends out last notices to pay bills that were already paid, causing anxiety w.o any apology from officd. Staff will not schedule for annual visit until it's been a whole year after your last visit, due to they 'know' insurance wont pay. Despite insurance verifying with office multiple times that they will pay as long as it's one annual per calendar year. This would be a great office with a 100 turnaround of supporting staff
