Capital Cardiology Associates

I made an appointment and received 4 texts, 4 emails and 4 phone calls reminding me of my appointment. The last telephone call told me to arrive at 10:00. I arrived at 10:00 and found that they were running about an hour late. I was called in about 11:30 for the room and the Doctor arrived about 11:45 and gave me the shots to numb me up. 25minutes later I had to use the rest room and was gone about 3 minutes. and went back into the room. Ten minutes later, I found a nurse and told her that I had waiting over a half of an hour for the Doctor. When I got the nurse the staff and the doctor were yuking it up in an office. The nurse got the Doctor and the office manager and I received the following excuses. They squeezed me into the schedule. It was a same day appointment. The Doctor came to see me in the 3 minutes I was in the bathroom. I had the office manager reverse my charges and left.
