My appointment was with Dr. Berman. I have never met a more rude, inconsiderate and condescending person in my life. My complaint was dizziness and off balance. He came in the room and asked why I was there. When I told him he proceeded to ask me if I went to the hospital? He said it could be a tumor or a heart condition. Dehydration or a neck issue. He told me he has been in practice for 35 years and did I know the percentage of ear problems related to dizziness? 10% he relied. He proceeded to tell me about how people seem to think ENT doctors are the go to doctors for dizziness, they really aren't. He informed me that a very well known ENT doctor I had seen many years ago was a little crazy and I couldn't have had the diagnosis I was told. This was a horrible experience and would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Run don't walk to a different practice!!!
