Chelsea Fertility of New York City

I went here for ivf treatment. They were so unpleasant to deal with. I regularly had questions regarding insurance or other issues and they would take a message and never follow up. Despite this I did IVF treatment there, and the issues continued. The nurses glossed over important side-effects and other concerns. They never called with the fertilization results, they told me the incorrect grade for the embryos produced and they disclosed the gender of the embryos despite me requesting that I not know. The doctors are only in the office for about two to three hours each day so any appointments need to occur between 11 and 2 and they also make you wait for about 45 minutes. I was also concerned by how few times they had monitoring appointments for ultrasound or bloodwork, only twice during the round and they never used that data to make decisions. Just avoid this place. They're more expensive and a worse experience than other places in the city.

I went to the visit in august they took my blood and told me when the results came some one would contact me let’s just say it’s Jan I still haven’t heard from them and I even called in sept they told me a nurse would get in contact with me nothing so no I would not recommend this place because what was important to me was by to them
