Awful! Waste of time

Had 11am appointment and ended up sitting in waiting room until 11:45 while front desk staff chatted about their personal lives and ignored clients. No one checked in regarding wait time or status of delay. At 11:45 I approached front desk to inquire about the wait. No apology, no explanation, simply, ok bye, make another appointment. They could not care less yet they certainly processed my co-pay. Complete waste of time!
