I've visited Dr. Lessnau at the 14th street office. Rude front desk to start. Dr. Lessnau seemed that he wasn't listening to my answers to his questions and the information I was providing regarding my health problem. The whole visit was rushed with poor communication on the medication he prescribed and my questions not answered. The following day I called the billing dept to ask about the costs of the tests that Dr. Lessnau recommended I should take. The representative I talked with not only didn't have answers, but she was unwilling to look for them or transfer me to the right people. She ended up getting upset and hanging up on me. Overall, waste of money, time, and energy!
