I first went on 07/09, then today. My first time with this receptionist was bad, but I decided that I've no time to waste, she is a large African American female. On 07/09, she acted as if I cannot speak English, and rolled her eyes when I gave her answer to questions. Since I do not expect to return, I decided that it's not worth the time to complain. Fast track to today, I needed another X-ray, this outfit was designated by a physician panel. I shown up, this person has no smile and was not welcoming. She told me to wait for her to call me. She called my name, I proceeded to the counter, before I can reach the counter, a white middle aged women jumped in front of me. So I said to this white woman: ‘She called my name, and not your name.” This is a statement of fact.At this point, this rude receptionist said to this white female, she will deal with her, and turned to me and told me to have some respect for people. This person needs to be taught some manners, or disciplined.
