WITHIN Traditional Chinese Medicine

In my 70 + years of life, I've been to many physical therapists in the hopes that they could help relieve the pain and discomfort that my body produces. Some were OK, but most did more harm than good. As luck would have it, I was recently recommended to First Health PT by Dr. Lisa Bartoli. I worked with Noah, the owner/manager of this facility and must say he provided the best physical therapy exercises I've ever had. Simple, to the point, no nonsense exercises that actually work in relieving the sometimes extreme pain I experienced due to stenosis and scoliosis. He even gave me simple exercises I can do on the street should the need occur. I'm not a fan of exercise, never have been and never will be, but the simple movements Noah recommended do the trick when needed. I am very grateful for his kindness, understanding and expertise. Now, at my recommendation, he is helping my neighbor who is 93 years old! Thank you Noah!
