Churchville-Chili Family Medicine

I was a patient there for many years, but in the last few years things have really gone downhill. There's a lot of pressure to get frequent physicals and blood labs even when you're healthy and have no outstanding issues needing to be monitored. Nurses are great but most of the rest of the staff are poor listeners and have a 'my way or the highway' approach. Last straw was having a PA agree to renew a prescription in the office and then cancel it after I left. Lots more religious stuff has also crept in. I've already got an intake with another practice. Never again.

Just interested in your money not about your welfare.

My family have been cared for by various providers at CCFM for over 20 years. The staff and physicians are kind and caring, even visiting both my mother and my father-in-law at home during the final weeks of their lives. They go above and beyond. I feel able to express my health concerns there, and feel heard and respected. I highly recommend this practice.
