I have treated with Drs. Jeffrey & Ricky Block for well over 20 years. You will not find two more dedicated, knowledgeable Chiropractors. Not only do they keep current with the latest Chiropractic treatments, they also keep abreast of peripheral health-related areas (e.g., nutrition) that affect chiropractic health. You will not find 2 more dedicated doctors.

I have been treated by Jeffrey and Richard Block for almost 30 years. They are the most knowledgeable and professional doctors I know. There level of concern and care is equal to none in the medical community.

If you have to go to a chiropractor or physical therapist due to an unfortunate injury, this is the place to go. The doctors and staff are the most friendly, professional, caring people I've ever come across in an office of any type. I look forward to Dr. Block's pearls of wisdom, funny antidotes, and health tidbits. He is a wealth of knowledge. I've also had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Anthony, Dr. Ryan and Dr. Ron...all of them being very kind, caring and understanding of my issues, concerns and answer all my questions with patience. Like I said before, if you have to go to a chiropractor or physical therapist, this is the place to go. You won't get better care anywhere else. I just don't have enough words to express how wonderful they all are.

I started seeing Dr.Jeffrey Block in the Selden location back in March of this year for back/neck pain. The consultation went well and Dr.Block recommended that I see him 3 time s a week for a number of weeks. He noticed my deductible was high and pulled out a sheet that laid out a payment plan. (Basically if you pay up front you get a percentage off) I declined the payment plan and explained to him why. I told him that yes,my deductible is high, however, I get reimbursed a percentage from an HSA through my employer. I n order to get reimbursed, I must pay the $65 per visit copay, and then submit an "explanation of benefits" for each visit. Fast forward to mid May I find out that Dr.Block's office took it upon them selves to stop asking my insurance to authorize additional visits. My visits from March 10- April 7 were all approved but after April 7 they treated me as if I was self pay and did not obtain the necessary authorization or submit claims to my insurance.
