Great Doctor but combative office manager
First let me say, this is not a review of Dr. Dosik Kim. He is great as I have done a Telehealth visit with him before. I also saw Dr. Ahmed Fadil, the doctor who owned the practice before Dr. Kim and he was also very good. My 1 star review is what happened to me today (Wednesday, March 20th, 2024) when I brought my referral from my new health insurance. I was let go from my job after 30 years and I am now on the Affordable Care Act and right now I have very little income coming in so I was put on the expanded version of Medicaid. The office called me several times to make sure I fax my referral over. The number they gave me was not going through and the person at UPS said it looks like it's a phone number. I called the number myself and sure enough it was a phone number. I let them know this and they said o.k. please bring it in when you come in for your appointment. When I arrived, there was a very sweet and professional young lady at the reception, she started putting in
