Poor patient care
One and a half hour wait to see the Doctor. No respect for patients. Even though we had an appointment to see the Doctor, not an eye checkup, not here for glasses, a legitimate eye irritation that needed medicine, we were made to wait. No one cared, no one changed anything about the situation. They just made us sit. “We have a procedure.” The practice seems to overbook on purpose, “We’re busy today.” Problem is, I hear that every time I go. Time for a new Doctor. The only concern is getting people on the waiting train, not the patient.
