Very easy to schedule an appointment either in office or through telehealth!They accept a wide barrage of insurance coverage and work to make your experience as cost effective as possible for you!The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, welcoming you to their office in Westbury and willing to show you around upon arrival. They offer a wide variety of medical specialties as well as services under one roof! From a general office appointment, to physical therapy , Xray’s, MRI’s and pain management services all in one location! The doctor’s, NP’s, PA’s,MA’s and other staff are terrific, compassionate, helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and supportive on so many levels. My neurosurgeon and his staff have become amazing, integral parts of my healthcare team! I would be lost without their care and compassion! I have yet to find another medical office in NY state that comes close! I highly recommend this office confidently after years of care with them! 5 stars!

I was referred to Dr. Guttman by a colleague from work after I injured my shoulder in a motor vehicle accident. Dr. Guttman has been remarkable in his care and his efforts to my recovery. I readily recommended him to a friend of mine who was recently injured.

Dr passias is an amazing doctor and surgeon. Have been seeing Dr passias since September of 2020. Very caring, explains everything. Always answers your questions. Dr Passias did lumbar fusion surgery on me. And explained everything about surgery and being so nervous he assured me everything would be fine. Came up to hospital on a Saturday to see me. Takes his time during appointment. Alexa the np also wonderful, she also takes her time when u see her for appointment's. Also Dr v for pain management is also amazing. Would highly recommend this place

Dr. Peter Passias is the best doctor in spines care . He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and passionate about helping with your spine needs. I had ACDF surgery done in February. After the surgery, I feel so much better. If you need anything related to spines, please go see Dr. Peter Passias. I promise you will not regret it!!

I had both lumbar and cervical spine MRI's done at the NY Spine Institute office in Westbury. The MRI technician is always super friendly, and makes the testing as comfortable as possible. The MRI machine and room are extremely clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my MRI's.

Been a longtime patient of Dr Passias/NYSI; hands down the most talented spinal dr and surgeon, as well as most compassionate wonderful human!

I have been receiving treatment at the NYSI since April of 2021. I am very satisfied with the services that includes my doctors and the medical staff. I have received a thorough explanation of my medical issues and I have received detailed steps for my recuperation. My doctor is John Akhnoukh, MD and I would recommend to use his professional services.

So after a year of having surgery, Car accident 4 months after surgery, Many months of nerve damage and falls, last fall did me in. My new MRI review shows more damage requiring more surgery to remove the damage and stop the pain. I would trust nobody but Dr Roberts and the crew at NYSI. Can not wait to get my life back.

Dr. Corso and his team seem to always have solutions to my very difficult situations. Dr. Corso is incredibly compassionate, kind, thorough and on point! I highly recommend this extremely competent practice!

I couldn’t be more happy with Dr.Roberts and my back fusion surgery. Great surgeon and great PA’S . Always treated well. Definitely 5 stars. The office is top notch. The surgery, the follow ups; all great treatment.

I had to change my appointment because of a medical reason. They took me in first so as not to sit near other patients due to COVID. Was being tested in a day for procedure. Alexa and Dr. Passias both saw me. Asked me their questions and answered mine. Did not rush me and took as much time as needed. Have never had a problem dealing with Alexa(PA) or Dr. Passias. Recommend this office highly.
