Lacks empathy, kindness and understanding
Called to make an appointment because my Square Care office, that I was a patient at for many years, closed and this was the location that was referred to us. The receptionists couldn’t be less understanding and patient. Simple questions regarding the locations and appointment times were met with frustration and I was put on hold for the lady to not come back. Human connection and compassion are at the heart of healthcare. Finding new providers can be challenging and to be met with such disgusting behavior was disappointing. If you have inquiries or want to make an appointment, do not expect to be met with kindness.

Scattered , disorganized and disengaged
The office is downright nasty. They have no idea how to handle a patient who is intelligent enough to question results. They rush you off the phone and talk over you to distract from asking questions or asking to s/w a doctor. That may be because they have over 10 doctors in the office and don't know who to go to for answers or how to get hold of the doctor. We rec'd abnormal results and were to wait a year to follow up. We knew they were rushed so we went to another doctor who told us re take the test in 4 months. Well, it is a good thing we did...enough said. Advice. Don't go to a football team of doctors, there are far better out there.
