Called to cancel my procedure 3 times. Recieved a $150 no show bill. Talked to the billing supervisor, she was very rude. I had documented dates and times when I called to cancel but that didn't matter to her. I was very pleased with NP Bonnie and Dr Khetarpal but I will be looking for a new practice due to the rudness and unorganized booking. You always get an answering machine and take forever to call back. Sorry to leave but this was uncalled for and negligence on there part and I am stuck with a $150 bill !!
