I know this may sound cliché but if I could give no stars or negative stars here I would. Please, Please, Please do not go here or let one of your family get so called treatment here.First off, when we tried to get an appointment we send an message through the website with not answer, called with no answer and left message with no return call. We chose to actually drive to the office and talk to someone about making an appointment. When we got to the office we were told to go to the second office behind the main office to talk with the scheduler. There were 4 employees outside smoking and were very surprised to see us walk into an unattended office. Conveniently the scheduler was not there at the moment so we left paperwork with another employee and left. Astoundingly we received a call the next day to schedule. Not surprised that the person I spoke to was very unprofessional, used street jargon, and was downright rude. Like she was doing us a favor. The appointment was set for a mon
