EXCELLENT practice!
My husband had 2 periodontal surgeries-left side & right side. 1st surgery went great. After the 2nd surgery there was more bleeding & discomfort than the 1st & we were concerned. It was shortly after 5pm & I called the office. No answer. The office had given me Dr. Hebeish's cell number so I called that. Dr. H answered immediately & I explained the problem. Dr. H said he was on his way home but would turn around & meet us at the office - but it would take him 45 minutes to get back. He then said he would reach out to Dr. Jividen to see if he could meet us more quickly which is what happened. Dr. J met us at the office & took care of the problems. This is the VERY DEFINITION of EXCELLENT customer service & patient care. Everyone we have dealt with have been EXCELLENT in EVERY WAY. Even going so far as letting us know the exit ramp off State Route 35 was closed and telling us how to get to their office a different way. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.
