Very disappointed. Teledoc session was unorganized, I had to fill out paperwork during our session that I had already done and submitted days before. The clinician saw me remotely and then had pretty much no useful follow up. My issue was not resolved during the appointment. I asked follow up questions multiple times over the course of several days with no useful response. It was super important that I paid in full up front to basically have me waste my money and time with a generous side of frustration. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. They don't actually seem to care treat patient like they are in a mill and just churning through them. Plus, I did not have a way to reach my clinician except through their portal. Questions went unanswered that way. Terrible experience.
