I would like to compliment Ebony at the Fremont location reception desk. My wife has been trying to transfer to NOMS, after her doctor at CHS retired. My wife and I had contacted NOMS three times (both by phone and in person) to try to get the transfer approved, but only received promises to have someone call her back. No one ever called.I have been a patient of NOMS for several years. When I was there for my annual checkup, I spoke with Ebony about my wife’s multiple requests for the transfer. Ebony took some information and again promised that someone would call. I thought that nothing would happen, but to my surprise, when I got home, my wife told me that Ebony had called her and had made an appointment to meet with a nurse practitioner. Ebony was very nice and efficient and needs to be formally complimented, since everyone else dropped the ball —-Randy Smith
