Impossible to get a hold of anyone. Have been calling for weeks. Probably have called at least 50 plus times and talked to so many people, but even more voicemails with no return calls. The billing number provided takes you to a care center who says they will get with billing and they never call back. I have called the front desk of the site I went to Knightsbridge multiple times with no help. I have talked to someone at a completely separate number who was helping but as of my most recent calls has sent me straight to VM for someone else entirely. I am trying to get an incorrectly billed deductible refunded and have spent a month plus and countless hours. Would not recommend as if you have any questions you will never get called back - all they do is schedule and collect money.

After driving over an hour for appointment for sleep test N o ONE was there. No phone call to let me know they canceled the appointment. INCompetent !!!
