Heaton Family Chiropractic

I had my initial visit yesterday. I have multiple ongoing issues with displaced ribs, my shoulders, arms, and neck. I have years of history with various chiropractors for comparison. The new patient history forms were comprehensive. Then, during the exam, Dr. Heaton spent much time going over my answers on those forms, asking questions, and making extensive notes in my chart. The assessment was thorough and an assistant made additional notes in my chart as the doctor physically evaluated each of my problem areas. I arrived in pain but felt so much better when I left. The staff was very personable and helpful. I am very happy that, based on positive online reviews, I found Heaton Family Chiropractic. They also take my insurance which will allow me to return as often as I need to for ongoing maintenance. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Heaton and believe I have found the right chiropractor for me.

Doctor Heaton listens intently, as I describe my areas of concern. I never feel rushed or hurried along, so he can move on to the next patient. He treats every area I'd like addressed. I do wish massages were more readily available. The office is conveniently located. And though office hours are a bit quirky, I never have scheduling issues. Every office member is easy to work with, and Jordan has a lovely phone voice.

Easy location, no judgement & staff us always so nice. Adjustments are through and quick. If you also need a massage their licensed massage therapist are absolutely fantastic. You go in with your back or neck stiff and walk out a new person. You get that massage and come out massage drunk, meaning you are so relaxed. Just all around a great experience.
