I entered St. John Jane Phillips Hospital in April 2021. This is an IN NETWORK facility with my insurance. However, Synergy Hospitalist Group apparently is NOT in network, so although I CHOOSE and IN NETWORK facility, I was billed for OUT OF NETWORK charges by Synergy Hospitalist Group by Dr. Hector Farela, whom I have NEVER heard of.
