Felt very out of place and uncomfortable based on my nurses' attitude toward me. Debra Degering does not have any empathy for her patients nor tries to help them, unless they possess mental health issues. Without the patients consent, she will allow her unprofessional behavioral health specialist, Amanda Harrington to sit in on the patients visit. Amanda has a history of making rude facial expressions and judges the patient, which violates standards that do not align with Oklahoma Mental Health Board. I will never return to this clinic, even if I am appointed a new nurse. Lastly, this clinic is not convenient when it comes to urgently needing medications, instead they care more about the number of appointments they make, rather than assisting the patient with care. I have had history of nursing staff being rude over the phone while requesting new lab tests. My advice to anyone is to research their provider before it results in time wasted.
