Billing Issues
Never received a bill from them then they turned me into collections. I called them and they said they sent out 3 different times. I received none of them. They did have the right address. I have over a 800 credit score and i would never not pay my bills. They should have had my phone number too they could have called. If i have a choice i will never use them again.

The billing department are mean and unprofessional on their good days. I will never use them again. I have been spoken to and treated with such lack of dignity or give any type of respect. My review is made in an attempt to warn others. Having to have surgery is hard enough, having to be mistreated while paying the bill is mighty awful.
