I like minimal skin care and maintenance. This is very individualistic. They take care to actually look at your skin and don't push what doesn't seem needed or appropriate. I'm also contacted after any procedure, almost always. That's important and valued. They are consistently caring and take seriously any suggestions or changes that I request.

All the staff are so caring and make each visit so pleasant and even fun.

Clean and safe facility with well-trained staff

From the initial walk in, the front desk staffing were welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable and safe, even tho I was feeling vulnerable and exposed by not wearing any sort of cover up for my very red rosacea prone face and broken capillaries. They answered all my questions, and once I got into the procedure room with José I knew I was in good hands. He walked me through the entire process, took the time to explain what the V-beam laser works on, how it would feel, and the realistic expectations along with possible side effects. José recommended different products that may help, with no pressure, and said he was available for any follow-up questions or concerns! I could tell he actually cared about me and his craft. José is a wonderful technician who wants you to leave feeling valued and seen. Thank you!
