Not having past experience or lots of knowledge with this kind of procedure (except what I read online), I found the providers at Isom Endodontics very professional, friendly, comforting, and clear and thorough with the information presented to me. I understood what they were explaining, they allowed me time for questions and worked very efficiently through the procedure. My pain concerns were addressed very well during my procedure with proactive instruction for managing any potential pain the rest of the day. I was struggling with intense tooth pain. My dentist referred me to Isom Endodontics. I've never been to an Endodontist, so I did not know what to expect. All I really wanted was relief from the pain. I arrived at my appointment and was treated with respect and sincere care. Each individual in the office was very kind and sincerely concerned with my wellbeing. This was very touching to receive such genuine care from a Dr's office in which no one knew me. Dr. Vic was empathetic, he listened to my concerns, asked questions and treated me respectfully. He was concerned about my pain and wanted to make sure when I left I was more comfortable. He called the following day to check on me. I struggled with continued pain. They get me back in to examine the area and make sure the healing was progressing.
