Legacy Medical Group-Good Samaritan

Just a wildly incompetent experience. At my annual physical my concerns and need to find a provider willing to work with me to understand how my various ailments were interconnected were not heard. No curiosity (it's a teaching clinic, the least they should be is curious!), and very little empathy. Instead became very focused on a high A1C result despite me explaining that at my last glucose test my results were critically low. Turns out I have a severe b12 deficiency—which I had to find out elsewhere by advocating for myself since this clinic is uninterested in doing anything but ticking boxes.In addition *I* requested a referral to a specialist for a chronic condition (which he was also uninterested in since he 'didn't have the paperwork for it' and seemed skeptical I'd even had a dx). The first referral wasn't accepting new patients, the second didn't treat my condition (which they state clearly), the third didn't even exist... I await a fourth with baited breath. Just useless.
