Very friendly, professional and well organized from the front desk to the nurses, anesthesiologists, physicians and the entire staff. They make having a colonoscopy or other 'oscopy as pleasant and relaxing as possible. With the pressures on the medical community these days, it can't be easy to be both efficient and friendly at the same time, but The Oregon Clinic GI-West manages to to just that. It was my first time being seen by Dr. Margot Herman. All went well and easily. Thanks to her skills and the skills of anesthesiologist Michael, I was in the surgical suite one minute and, so it seemed, happily waking up back in my "room" a couple minutes later. Dr. Herman explained everything clearly and patiently, and I got dressed and went home. I really appreciated the phone call a day or so later to see how I was doing and whether I had any questions. I highly recommend Oregon Clinic GI-West.

I went to the OR Clinic for a colonoscopy. They have the system down pat. You fill out paperwork online. They call you to do an intake. You get scheduled. The nurse calls you 2 weeks prior to go over prep. On the day of the procedure the staff were very caring and compassionate. I'm a bit nervous about medical procedures but they were reassuring and helped me to feel safe. Dr. Jeffrey Weprin was very nice. He took the time to answer all my questions before and after the procedure. The only downside is there are LONG wait times if you have to call in. Other than that the staff went above and beyond to make an unpleasant procedure as pleasant as possible.

The schedulers are straight liers they give you a doctor that say he specializes in everything then later on you find out he dont now that was a lie if u cancel appointment they will charge or give you another doctor 30 days later then they lied again that you can get an internal referal which will be sooner if you see that doctor that was a lie or if doctor dont give you a internal referal to call back and will give you the right doctor that was a lie too i saw elliot joo avoid him he said he cant help me with acid reflux gasterperisis chronic constipation weight loss charged me $700 dollors for nothing just to hear him say that he cant help you manager same like doctor and schesulers abunch of liers
