13 year's of medical records dedestroyed
Dr Mike LoGiudice destroyed all of mine and my children's chiropractic records. He is required by law to keep patients records for 7 years after last treatment. I saw last in 2020. He also sent medical sensitive imaging via a non HIPAA compliant email to me. This is all a major breech of medical privacy.
