Very little empathy
I have been going to this clinic for several years ever since my original doctor sold his business to them, I find the doctors there have very little empathy and you never get to see the same doctor as they always rotate there is one doctor I refuse to see because on the first visit her eyes were glued to the computer not listening at one point she gets up said she will be right back 10 minutes later she shows back up with no apology. The billing department is deplorable they hire mostly overseas help which is hard to understand and seems to get the billing wrong a lot of times. I have started to look for another doctor
