This place has went downhill since Dr Ross retired in 2021. Since Dr Ross left we haven't had the same pediatric dentist. The care is so bad now they don't even tell who the dentist is your child is seeing and the dentist doesn't come review x-rays or treatment plans with the parent. The dentist has the dental hygienist telling parents what is wrong on the test and reviewing the treatment plan. I won't be taking my child back there. When they are hiring brand new dentists who don't know what they doing. What parent would let a child get anesthesia and injections for cavities without ever meeting the dentist first. The dentist we had , their name what I was told doesn't even show up under the Pennsylvania Board of dentistry to verify a actual license. When I brought to up the office they didn't offer a reason or actual name to verify a license
