I scheduled an appointment for my son to get a free physical for football. I called the number on the flyer and scheduled an appointment. When I showed up they said he didnt have an appointment and we would have to reschedule. We did and then when returning they said I had to pay a $15 fee because it was not on the date and time the free one was offered (the original appointment). They also said they wont take his insurance. When they scheduled the new appointment no one mentioned that I would now need to pay, and they kept insinuating that I was lying about everything. Why I would waste my time to go there I dont know, but thats what they implied. I could have went to his family doctor and had the physical done through his insurance for free, but I was looking to support a new business location in Lebanon. If I ever need an orthopedic service ever again, I will take the time to drive to Hershey! At least I know what I am going into!
