Refused to give me a pen and paper after surgery.
ok so I have a huge complain about how I was handled after the the surgery I had received here on the 17th of October. When asked for a communication method you don't tell your autistic customer 'no I wont help you communicate' in the mist of an anxiety attack. I feel very upset about this and will be mentioning this problem more and more and publicly because I do feel this an issue. If customer asks for paper to write for communication purposes you give them that. I had just woke, whined to get attention asked for paper and pen, was told no, when I still had cotton in my mouth, it was not till 15-20 minutes later my cotton was out and I was informed it was safe to speak when I wanted to communicate for anxiety issues BEFORE this time. I find this heavily distressing to me and other customer who will be paying for your services to get bed side manner like that.
